Description
TECHNO KRAFT PP-Felt Flexible Waterproofing Tape is a high-strength waterproofing tape used for the flexible waterproofing of expansion joints, compatible with tile or natural stone applications. It consists of upper and lower polypropylene non-woven layers with a thermoplastic elastomer coating. Thanks to its elastic structure, it provides long-lasting sealing even on moving surfaces.
Applications
- Indoors, against medium to high non-pressurized water loads (e.g. domestic bathrooms, showers, industrial kitchens),
- Outdoors, on surfaces exposed to positive water pressure such as balconies and terraces,
- In swimming pools, chimney edges, gutters, and wall-floor junctions,
- In waterproofing applications beneath ceramic or natural stone.
Properties
- High elasticity and resistance to water pressure (≥ 1.5 bar)
- UV resistance (≥ 500 hours) and high resistance to chemicals
- Grey in color; can be produced in different colors on request.
- Temperature resistance: between -30 °C and +90 °C
- Physical strength: longitudinal ≥ 85 N / 15 mm, transverse ≥ 15 N / 15 mm
- Elongation: longitudinal ≥ 50%, transverse ≥ 200%
- Air equivalent (sd): ≥ 7 m
- Breathable structure and long-lasting sealing performance
- EMICODE EC 1 PLUS emission class, VOC A+ certified
