Transfer the load to the concrete without voids and under control

Voids left under machine bases and base plates affect load transfer and the stability of the equipment. KR-6000 is used as the main product of the system to form a void-free fill between the prepared concrete surface and the fixed base plate or anchor.

Application

How does the system work?

Steps are listed in application order. For consumption, layer thickness and waiting times, refer to the products' current technical data sheets (TDS).

  1. Step 1: Prepare the concrete surface

    Remove loose parts, dust, oil and any residues that reduce adhesion to expose a sound concrete surface.

  2. Step 2: Check the anchors, plate and formwork

    Fix the anchors and base plate; verify the level and prepare the formwork so as to prevent mortar loss.

  3. Step 3: Place KR-6000

    Apply KR-6000 TECHNO KRAFT GROUT MORTAR from a planned direction that reduces air entrapment and fills the gap continuously.

  4. Step 4: Complete the curing and loading process

    Provide post-application protection and curing conditions; do not load the equipment or structural element without the technical data sheet and project approval.
